iToxie announced on the 10th that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase worth a total of 6 billion KRW.
Through this paid-in capital increase, a total of 6,802,720 new common shares will be issued at 882 KRW per share. OlaInvest Co., Ltd. will acquire 3,401,360 shares, and five individuals including Noh Kyunghwa and Lee Chi-hwa will each acquire 680,272 shares.
Last November, iToxie actively pursued reconstruction projects in Ukraine, including signing a joint investment agreement locally to participate in a project led by Ukraine's only float glass production plant, BFG (Berezan Float Glass).
According to the company, despite the unstable domestic and international situation and difficult investment environment, iToxie has continued to attract successful investments by being recognized for the future growth potential of its Ukrainian business.
iToxie also disclosed on the 23rd of last month that it issued 3 billion KRW worth of anonymous, interest-bearing, unsecured private convertible bonds.
