KELA announced that it held the opening ceremony of the '2025 KELA Future Leaders Camp (FuriCamp)' from the 9th for three days with about 150 young participants. The participants come from diverse backgrounds including university students, startup CEOs, soldiers, doctors, and broadcast PDs.

Chairman Ryu said, "The start of a future leader is a future dream, so imagination is more important than anything else." He added that the power to turn imagination into reality lies in challenge, passion, and communication.

He emphasized, "Like this year's FuriCamp slogan, 'Youth's Dream, Lighting the Future,' I hope the camp becomes a starting point where participants dream their own dreams and illuminate their own future, as well as the future of Korea and humanity."

Speakers at the FuriCamp talk concert included Jang Byung-gyu, Chairman of Krafton; Kim Jung-soo, Vice Chairman of Samyang Round Square; Lee Joo-wan, Chairman of Megazone Cloud; and Mo Eun-seol, author and black-and-white chef.

Chairman Jang gave a lecture on the first day under the theme "From Export to Global." He said, "Our country has repeatedly pursued one-way export-led growth centered on talent, but now we must move toward 'two-way global growth' that demonstrates leadership in the world market."

He mentioned the importance of strengthening future talent's global competitiveness and improving productivity, advising, "Self-directed learning and a spirit of challenge that does not fear failure are key to growth." He also shared his entrepreneurial experiences with companies such as First Snow, Neowiz, and Krafton.

Vice Chairman Kim will give a lecture on the second day titled "Talking about 'K' that Created Global Trends with Buldak Bokkeum Myun." He plans to share the secret behind how Buldak Bokkeum Myun created trends in the global market.

Chairman Lee will discuss technology trends centered on generative artificial intelligence (AI), quantum computing, and robotics, as well as the synergy that occurs when vision is combined with technology.

Author Mo will share techniques of conversation and communication that captivate people's hearts on the last day. He is a veteran author with 28 years of experience this year.

A KELA official said, "This FuriCamp is the first entrepreneurship project of this year," adding, "We plan to make this year the first year of reigniting entrepreneurship."
