Establishment of the 2025 Comprehensive Plan for Apartment Management and Support
24 Projects Including Maintenance Support for Apartment Common Facilities
Namyangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Joo Gwang-deok) announced on the 9th that it established and publicized the "2025 Namyangju City Apartment Management and Support Comprehensive Plan" on the 6th to efficiently manage and support apartment complexes.
This plan is based on three core strategies: "Creating a safe and pleasant apartment environment," "Supporting stable settlement through strengthened housing welfare," and "Transparent and fair apartment management."
Namyangju City plans to strengthen the autonomous management functions of apartment complexes to revitalize communities, thereby fostering a happy residential culture and promoting housing stability for vulnerable groups.
The main projects include △support for repair of common facilities in apartment complexes △quality inspection of apartments △support for shared electricity fees in public rental housing △improvement of rest facilities for apartment security and cleaning workers △support for air conditioner installation costs in security offices △education for apartment-related personnel △activation of Dasan Jeong Yak-yong model and win-win management complexes △operation of apartment monitoring teams, totaling 24 projects.
Additionally, to ensure stable settlement for housing-vulnerable groups, housing welfare enhancement projects such as △operation of housing welfare centers △housing upgrade support projects for vulnerable groups △moving expense support projects △support for deposit return guarantee fees △rental fraud counseling centers will also be promoted.
