Yeoju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Chung-woo) announced on the 9th that it held the Yeoju Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee on the 7th to hear local government opinions on the appropriateness of the investigation prices for the 2025 standard land official land prices (3,072 parcels).

The investigation and evaluation of standard land is conducted annually based on the land as of January 1st to assess and announce appropriate prices, which serve as the basis for land appraisals and the calculation of various administrative land prices such as individual official land prices.
To enhance the accuracy of the standard land official land prices, Yeoju selected 3,072 parcels as standard land, an increase of 120 parcels compared to last year. The 2025 standard land official land prices (land) surveyed this time rose by 1.48% in Yeoju, 2.23% in Icheon, 1.20% in Yangpyeong County, 2.78% in Gyeonggi Province, and 2.93% nationwide compared to last year.
The standard land official land prices will be finalized and announced on the 24th after hearing opinions from owners and local governments and deliberation by the Central Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee.
A Yeoju city official stated, “Official land prices are used as the basis for imposing various land-related taxes and charges such as property tax and capital gains tax, so we will do our best to ensure that land price calculations are made more accurately.”
