The average competition rate for the recruitment of tenants for Long-term Jeonse Housing 2 for newlyweds, including Maple Xi and Cheonggye SK View, recorded 38 to 1.

Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on the 9th that the third tenant recruitment for Long-term Jeonse Housing 2 received 15,091 applications for 395 households, closing the subscription at a rate of 38.2 to 1.

Long-term Jeonse Housing 2 (Mirinae Jip) is a rental housing that provides stable housing and opportunities to own a home for newlyweds planning childbirth or marriage.

Among the subscription results, the re-supply complex Cheongnyangni Station Harrington Place 59㎡ (regardless of having children) recorded the highest competition rate of 328 to 1.

Among the newly supplied complexes, Cheonggye SK View 44㎡ for childless households recorded 94 to 1, and Cheonggye SK View 59㎡ for households with children recorded 26.8 to 1. Maple Xi exclusive 49㎡ (childless) closed at 68 to 1.

Among the re-supply complexes, Hills State Gangdong Riverview 59㎡ for childless households showed a high competition rate of 300.5 to 1, and Olympic Park Foreon 59㎡ for households with children showed 171.3 to 1.

SH Corporation plans to announce the candidates for document screening on the 31st. Afterwards, additional screening will be conducted to select winners based on eligibility, income, assets, and non-homeownership criteria, with the announcement scheduled for April 25.
