On-site Meeting with Related Organizations, Customized Support Measures
Gyeonggi Nambu Employment and Labor Office Director Kwon Gu-hyung visited the Small Enterprise and Market Service Gimhae Center and the Gimhae Small Business Association on the 9th to assess the livelihood situation of small business owners and discuss collaborative support plans tailored to local small businesses.
Since last December, the Yangsan branch has formed a 'Local Employment Situation Inspection and Livelihood Support TF' to provide customized support for vulnerable groups such as employment crisis workplaces and small business owners, continuing on-site activities targeting small business owners and small-scale manufacturers.
On this day, specific collaboration plans between institutions were discussed. They agreed to mutually cooperate in various areas including support for hiring small business workers, guidance and counseling on basic labor laws, prevention of wage arrears ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday, job transition support for closed small businesses, and youth entrepreneurship such as local creators.
Director Kwon Gu-hyung stated, “We will closely analyze the local employment status and proactively respond to the regional employment situation. We will make every effort to stabilize employment and support livelihoods through timely customized support projects targeting employment crisis workplaces and vulnerable groups.”
The Yangsan Branch of the Ministry of Employment and Labor is holding a meeting with the Gimhae Small Business Association.
