[Breaking] Prosecution Conducts Search and Seizure on Groups Opposing Seongju THAAD Base

The Public Investigation Division 3 of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Kim Tae-hoon) is conducting a search and seizure of the offices of individuals related to the leak of military secrets at the THAAD base on the morning of the 9th.

The prosecution is reportedly carrying out the search and seizure by sending about 10 people, including prosecutors and investigators, to the Jinbat Peace Church tent near the village hall of Soseong-ri, Seongju-gun, Gyeongbuk, which is the site of anti-THAAD base protests.

This case was requested for investigation by the Board of Audit and Inspection to the Supreme Prosecutors' Office in October of last year.
