Taeyoung Construction will open the model house for ‘The Palliste Desiang,’ developed in the Sincheon-dong area of Dong-gu, Daegu, on Friday, January 10, and will begin full-scale sales.
The Palliste Desiang is the first complex in Daegu to open a model house in 2025, attracting great attention due to its excellent location and upscale design. The subscription schedule for The Palliste Desiang starts with special supply on Monday, January 13, followed by first-priority subscription on Tuesday, January 14, and second-priority subscription on Wednesday, January 15. The winners will be announced on Tuesday, January 21, and the official contracts will be signed over three days from Monday, February 3 to Wednesday, February 5.
Eligibility for first-priority subscription requires applicants to be residents of Daegu Metropolitan City or Gyeongsangbuk-do as of the announcement date, aged 19 or older, or minors who are household heads (due to child-rearing or sibling support), and to meet the deposit criteria by region and area.
The Palliste Desiang is supplied through the Daegu East Bus Terminal redevelopment project, allowing residents to immediately enjoy various infrastructures in Daegu after moving in.
First, the complex boasts a strong educational environment. It is adjacent to Hyoshin Elementary School, providing a ‘Chopooma’ (school nearby) location that ensures safe commuting for young children. Additionally, the Suseong-gu academy district, known as the Gangnam of Daegu, and the Daegu Metropolitan City Suseong Library are nearby.
