SOOP announced on the 9th that it will accept applications for the 2025 new employee open recruitment until the 21st.
This open recruitment will be conducted in seven major fields. The recruitment areas include ▲Development ▲Design ▲Quality Assurance (QA) ▲Strategic Planning ▲Legal Affairs ▲IR ▲General Affairs. All evaluations will be based on job competency through job-specific skill tests and pre-assignment tasks, excluding academic background, to provide equal opportunities to all applicants.
The hiring process proceeds in the order of document screening → first interview (practical interview) → special screening (Play) → second interview (group interview) → final acceptance. The recruitment announcement can be found on job portal sites such as ‘JobKorea’, ‘Saramin’, and ‘Jasoseol.com’, and applications must be submitted through the SOOP recruitment website.
In the first interview stage of this open recruitment, SOOP will conduct a 'Peer interview' involving not only current team leaders but also colleagues who will work together. Through the special screening called ‘Play’, candidates will have the opportunity to experience actual broadcasting at SOOP as streamers and engage with the service.
Meanwhile, SOOP has been consecutively selected as a ‘Family-Friendly Company’ by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family since 2020.
