Since January last year, the Corporation has formed and operated the Byeol-ui-byeol Engineer Repair Team, composed of workplace workers and staff holding various technical certifications, to enhance customer satisfaction through prompt repair responses and reduce the maintenance budget for facilities.

The 2024 self-operation achievements of the repair team include a total of over 1,700 self-performed tasks on six facilities: ▲ Yeongcheon Hanui Village (replacement of pavement blocks, caulking of leak areas, etc.) ▲ Unjusan Equestrian Natural Recreation Forest (replacement of old wooden decks, oil stain work, etc.) ▲ Chisan Tourist Camping Site (caravan awning repair, parasol winch replacement, etc.) ▲ Byeolbit Theme Village and Campground (replacement of electric water heater air vents, mowing work, etc.) ▲ Bohyeonsan Dam Zip Wire (installation of monorail windbreak nets, grinding work on track pinion interference parts, etc.), resulting in significant budget savings.

Additionally, the Byeol-ui-byeol Repair Team conducted four technical volunteer activities to improve the living environments of vulnerable households by December, spreading a culture of community contribution and sharing love, thereby also sharing warm compassion for neighbors in need.

Yeongcheon Facilities Management Corporation plans to continuously enhance the repair team’s capabilities and increase the self-repair rate to further reduce the maintenance budget for facilities and provide a safer and more pleasant environment for citizens and customers.
