Chung-Ang University Signs MOU with Tiger Studio for 'Creative Convergence Leader Development'

Chung-Ang University is collaborating with K-content planning and development company Tiger Studio to foster creative convergence talents.


On the 10th, Chung-Ang University announced that it held a business agreement ceremony between the university's media department, the Media Center, and Tiger Studio to cultivate creative convergence leaders.

The agreement ceremony held on the 6th was attended by Lee Chan-kyu, Executive Vice President of Chung-Ang University, Sung Min-jung, Director of the Media Center, Kim Young-seop, CEO of Tiger Studio, and Hong Ji-wan, Head of Content Planning.


Both organizations agreed to cooperate in ▲utilizing Chung-Ang University Media Center's newspaper, broadcasting, and YouTube platforms ▲using facilities such as studios ▲planning and producing K-content ▲providing consulting related to studio operations. Special lectures and internships for Chung-Ang University students will also be provided.


Tiger Studio was founded by CEO Kim Young-seop, who previously served as Drama Director and CEO of Content Hub at SBS, and currently plans various K-content in fields such as dramas, movies, and webtoons.


Lee Chan-kyu, Executive Vice President of Chung-Ang University, said, "Chung-Ang University is the first university to establish a university broadcasting station in 1957," and added, "We hope to develop into a student broadcasting station leading the content industry by integrating Tiger Studio's capabilities and know-how."
