Looking more closely, 47.6% said that “since he is charged with insurrection, he should be arrested promptly,” while 6.7% said that “the execution of the arrest warrant should be carried out after supplementing issues related to the investigation subject and procedures.”

Regarding opposition to the arrest, 12.5% said that “a non-custodial investigation should be conducted to guarantee the right to defense and the presumption of innocence,” and 31.9% said that “the emergency martial law is a legitimate act of governance, so the arrest warrant should be withdrawn.”
