The Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association (President Song Pil-ho) announced on the 8th that it has provided an additional 300 relief kits consisting of ▲blanket sets ▲hand sanitizers ▲masks ▲thermal socks ▲thermal gloves ▲tumblers to the families of victims of the passenger plane accident at Muan International Airport, Jeonnam, where heavy snowfall and cold waves were forecasted.
Immediately after the accident, Hope Bridge urgently supplied a total of 23,947 relief items including ▲relief kits ▲relief tents ▲food supplies from the Hamyang Disaster Relief Logistics Center. In addition, various relief vehicles such as a mental recovery bus and laundry relief vehicles were deployed on site to help stabilize the psychological state of the victims' families.
Shin Hoon, Secretary General of Hope Bridge, said, "This support was provided to ensure the safe living of the victims' families returning to shelters amid heavy snowfall and cold waves," adding, "Hope Bridge will continue to closely cooperate with related organizations and provide support for the safety of the victims' families."
Hope Bridge has launched a nationwide fundraising campaign to support the victims' families. Donations can be made through the Hope Bridge website, bank transfers, and ARS, and the collected funds will be delivered to the families as consolation money.
