The social economy is gaining attention as an innovative economic model that values social aspects such as local communities and the environment beyond economic profits.

Accordingly, Paju City plans to comprehensively support the entire process from the startup preparation stage to commercialization, not just theoretical lectures, so that those aspiring to start social economy businesses can concretize their startup ideas and increase their feasibility.

This training focuses on developing practical startup capabilities and is offered free of charge to citizens and prospective entrepreneurs interested in social economy startups.

The training content includes ▲ setting a vision for the social economy ▲ discovering startup items and market analysis ▲ startup support projects and fundraising ▲ writing business plans using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Chat GPT ▲ intensive expert consultations ▲ and business plan presentations.

The training will be held from February 4 to March 4, every Tuesday and Thursday from 7 PM to 10 PM at the first-floor training room of Geumchon Eoullim Center. Participants who complete more than 80% of the course will be issued a certificate of completion from the Social Economy Startup Academy. The certificate is recognized as an essential qualification when applying for public projects such as ‘(Preliminary) Social Enterprise Application’ and the ‘2025 Paju City Social Economy Startup Support Project.’

Those wishing to participate can apply by the 30th through the QR code posted on the news board of the Paju City Hall website or via the Naver form. For more details, inquiries can be made to the Paju City Social Economy Support Center.
