Recruitment of 2 Job Discovery Team Members from the 8th to the 17th

Paju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Kyung-il) is recruiting workers to join the "Digging into Companies! Job Discovery Team" from the 8th to the 17th to discover and expand private sector jobs within the region.

The "Digging into Companies! Job Discovery Team" is part of the Paju-style Hope Job Project. It is a field-oriented job creation initiative that directly visits hidden recruitment sites such as local small and medium-sized enterprises to discover job information and connect companies with job seekers.

The discovery team will visit companies to carry out activities such as ▲confirming recruitment demands ▲linking job seekers ▲providing information on Paju City’s job policies and Job Center services ▲listening to companies’ difficulties. Through this, the team aims to strengthen the private job discovery and corporate cooperation system within the region. For discovered companies, continuous follow-up services will be provided by linking them to Job Center employment programs (such as regular interviews and accompanied interviews).

The recruitment target is unemployed individuals aged 18 or older who are registered residents of Paju City as of the announcement date, hold a driver’s license, and can actively participate in job discovery activities. The number of recruits is two, and the activity period is from February to October 2025.

Those wishing to participate can download the application form from the Paju City Hall website, fill it out, and either visit the Paju Employment Welfare Plus Center to apply or submit it via the person in charge’s email.
