Hampyeong-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Lee Sangik) announced on the 7th that it has signed an investment agreement worth 4.4 billion KRW with Beomgok Industry Co., Ltd. (CEO Yoon Junghyun), a steel structure manufacturing company.
According to this investment agreement, Beomgok Industry Co., Ltd. will establish a new H-beam steel structure manufacturing plant on a 10,423 square meter site in Donghampyeong Industrial Complex, Baekho-ri, Daedong-myeon, Hampyeong-gun, and will complete construction by December this year.
Beomgok Industry Co., Ltd. is a root industry company that manufactures H-beam steel structures boasting high strength and durability using high-quality, eco-friendly steel materials. This investment is expected to contribute to revitalizing the local economy and creating new jobs.
CEO Yoon Junghyun stated, "We will strengthen the competitiveness of the metal processing industry and grow as a leading company in the root industry," adding, "We will strive to become a company that achieves sustainable development in harmony with the local community."
Hampyeong-gun Governor Lee Sangik said, "This investment agreement is an important opportunity to strengthen Hampyeong-gun's industrial ecosystem and provide new job opportunities for local residents," and added, "We will continue to make every effort and provide support to foster the root industry, which is the foundation of regional growth, and attract related companies."
