[New Year's Message] Kim Yungu, President of Hyundai AutoEver, "Customer-Centered Innovation"

Kim Yungu, President of Hyundai AutoEver, urged employees to achieve innovation centered on customers in the new year.


On the 7th, Hyundai AutoEver announced that President Kim shared this New Year's message with employees via email the day before.


In his New Year's message, President Kim emphasized, "We must place customers at the center of innovation and become a Customer Centric Company that regards even the smallest decisions in daily work as based on the most important value of the customer." This means that all company achievements, as well as small decisions in daily tasks, should prioritize the customer as the most important value standard.


He added, "Our efforts to align all thoughts and actions around the customer are an indispensable value for Hyundai AutoEver to become not only the best in Korea but also a global best software (SW) expert organization and a lasting leader in the SW industry."


President Kim also stressed the importance of quality. He said, "We must lead customer satisfaction and inspiration through the highest quality that exceeds customer requirements," and urged, "Both the company and individuals should unite their efforts to overcome limits amid difficulties and achieve rewarding growth."
