Recruitment Accelerates Ahead of Global Funding Service Launch in First Half of the Year
Funding platform Wadiz announced on the 7th that it will conduct an open recruitment to expand its global business.
Wadiz plans to recruit talent who can demonstrate their capabilities on the global stage by 2025 to strengthen its competitiveness as a global crowdfunding platform. This recruitment is characterized by allowing broad applications across business, staff, and tech fields rather than being limited to a single job role. Wadiz will review applicants' skills and tendencies to propose the optimal position and assist applicants in selecting suitable roles.
In particular, the tech sector also accepts applicants eligible for the specialized research personnel service. The specialized research personnel system allows individuals with a master's degree or higher in science and engineering to fulfill their military service obligation by working for three years at a company designated by the Military Manpower Administration. Wadiz was selected as a designated military service company in 2025.
Additionally, anyone with global competencies such as foreign language skills can apply for business and staff positions, and foreigners who can communicate in Korean are also eligible to apply.
The document screening will be conducted through the Wadiz recruitment website until the 20th. Successful candidates in the document screening will undergo job and organizational culture interviews, with final hiring decisions made in early March.
Over the past 10 years, Wadiz has connected the demand and supply of funds through crowdfunding, creating an ecosystem that supports new challenges and growth. Starting in 2025, Wadiz announced its ‘Connect the World’ vision and plans to solidify its position as a leading global funding platform company.
Shin Hye-sung, CEO of Wadiz, said, “Wadiz values not losing sight of its essence of ‘helping new challenges and growth,’ which depends on who we work with,” and added, “We look forward to the interest and applications of those who share Wadiz’s values and want to move forward to the world together.”
