Al Square Design Wins Grand Prize in Commercial Interior Category

R Square, a comprehensive commercial real estate service company, announced on the 7th that it received the Grand Prize in the Commercial Real Estate Platform category at the '2025 Korea First Brand Awards.' Its subsidiary, R Square Design, won the Grand Prize in the Commercial Interior category.

Now in its 23rd year, the Korea First Brand Awards selects brands expected to lead the next year through online and telephone surveys targeting consumers nationwide. A total of 325,545 people participated in this survey. The consumer survey covered over 3,300 brands across 16 industry sectors, including home appliances, health, education, beauty, dining, housing and construction, and people and culture. Afterward, the committee reviews the results to select the top brand.

The Commercial Real Estate Platform and Commercial Interior categories were newly established this year. In these categories, R Square and R Square Design were recognized as the top brands, surpassing numerous competitors such as CBRE, Genstar Mate, Gukbo Design, and Dawon & Company.

Additionally, R Square recently received the 'Seoul ESG Management Award.' The company was highly evaluated for establishing a systematic Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management system centered on the Safety and Health Management Office and for various activities aimed at sustainable social development.

An R Square representative stated, "Based on 300,000 real estate data points, we introduced industry-innovating services such as R Square Analytics (R.A) and the Data Hub to the market." They added, "R Square Design provides differentiated designs for irregular building constructions and commercial spaces based on its pre-construction capabilities." Furthermore, they said, "We will continue to take the lead in practicing social responsibility and strive to be a model in the industry."
