NH Nonghyup Card Appoints Lee Min-kyung, Nonghyup Bank Vice President, as First Female CEO

NH Nonghyup Card announced on the 6th that Lee Min-kyung, Vice President of NH Nonghyup Bank, has been appointed as the new CEO. Lee is the first female CEO in the history of Nonghyup Card.

Previously, Lee served as Head of the WM Business Division and Vice President of the Financial Consumer Protection Division at Nonghyup Bank, where she was recognized for her outstanding capabilities in protecting financial consumer rights and asset management.

Lee stated that she will focus on innovations for customers, including ▲establishing a customer-centered rewards system ▲discovering new customers and expanding the customer base ▲strengthening the 'New NH Pay' platform ▲enhancing product competitiveness for sustainable growth. She said, "With increasing uncertainty in the economic environment and continued unfavorable business conditions, business growth is challenging. We will do our best to secure future customers by establishing a unique customer management system for Nonghyup Card and launching products exclusively for foreigners."

Meanwhile, last month, Nonghyup Card launched New NH Pay, an integrated platform that consolidates all services into one. This service integrates external lifestyle-based services and simplifies reservation functions for frequently used tasks and small payment processes.
