[Tomorrow's Weather] Cloudy Nationwide with Snow and Rain in Some Areas... Fine Dust 'Bad'

The Morning Low Temperature Ranges from -3 to 5 Degrees

On Monday the 6th, the whole country will be cloudy, with occasional clouds increasing from the afternoon.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 5th, there will be rain or snow in the early morning to morning in the metropolitan area, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, Chungcheong region, Jeolla region, inland Gyeongbuk region, and northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk. In the northwestern inland of Gyeongnam, raindrops less than 0.1 mm or snow less than 0.1 cm may fall from morning to noon. Jeju Island will experience rain or snow continuing until night.

The expected snowfall over two days from the 5th is 1 to 5 cm in eastern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, northern Chungbuk, northern Gyeongbuk, and northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk; around 1 cm in Seoul, Incheon, southwestern Gyeonggi, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, central and southern Chungbuk, eastern Jeonbuk, and inland eastern Jeonnam; less than 1 cm in southwestern inland Gyeongbuk and northwestern inland Gyeongnam; and 3 to 8 cm in the mountainous areas of Jeju Island.

The expected precipitation during the same period is around 5 mm in eastern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, Chungbuk, Gwangju, Jeonnam, Jeonbuk, northern inland Gyeongbuk, and northeastern mountainous areas; less than 5 mm in Seoul, Incheon, southwestern Gyeonggi, Daegu, southwestern inland Gyeongbuk, western inland Gyeongnam, Busan, and southern coastal areas of Gyeongnam; and 5 to 10 mm in Jeju Island.

The morning low temperature is forecast to be between -3 and 5 degrees Celsius, and the afternoon high temperature between 2 and 11 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels will be 'bad' nationwide. The metropolitan area, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, Chungcheong region, Honam region, and Jeju area are expected to have 'very bad' levels in the morning.

The sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore. The wave height in the outer seas (about 200 km from the coastline) is expected to be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East and West Seas, and 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
