At around 8:41 a.m. on the 4th, a fire broke out at the construction site of the old Jeonnam Provincial Government building in Dong-gu, Gwangju.
Upon receiving the report, the fire authorities deployed personnel and equipment and completely extinguished the fire in about 30 minutes.
No casualties have been reported yet.
The authorities plan to investigate the exact cause of the fire as soon as it is fully extinguished.
