Strengthening the Identity of AI-Centered Business Holding Company
"Must Develop Operational Capabilities to Enhance Profitability and Efficiency"
Lee Ho-jung, President of SK Networks, held a New Year's dialogue with employees, emphasizing the improvement of profitability and efficiency.
On the 3rd, SK Networks announced that instead of a New Year's address, President Lee held a small-scale meeting with employees the previous day at the headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul, where he emphasized these points.
President Lee urged to enhance the identity as an AI-centered business holding company this year while improving profitability and efficiency to master operational skills.
He stated, "We will concretize the future growth direction and execution strategy, and establish an AI-centered growth direction and vision not only for new businesses but also for existing ones. We must strengthen the core competitiveness of our existing businesses to build a stable profit-generating foundation and become a company with stronger operational capabilities than any other for a sustainable future."
He also pledged to improve corporate culture. President Lee said, "We will create a working environment and culture where everyone believes that the future can be happier than now. We will continuously communicate so that the company’s mission connects with the business division’s vision and each team’s role, and help employees enhance voluntary and enthusiastic brain engagement (VWBE) and a sense of belonging."
Meanwhile, Choi Sung-hwan, President of SK Networks’ Business Division, also attended the meeting. President Choi said, "The three key words for SK Networks’ growth are Global, Operation Improvement (O/I), and AI. We will actively support the establishment and implementation of business-specific strategies for these goals."
