Busan Education Training Institute Enhances Job Competence of Prospective Educational Professionals

Helping the On-Site Implementation of Busan Education Policies Including Basic Competencies for Educational Professionals

The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education Training Institute will conduct a ‘Job Training for Prospective Educational Professionals’ at the Training Institute from the 7th to the 10th for 53 newly appointed educational professionals in early childhood, elementary, and secondary education.


This training is designed to cultivate the qualities and basic competencies required of educational professionals and to enhance planning and supervisory skills for policy development and support in school settings.


The training covers topics such as ‘Understanding the 2025 Busan Education Policy’ and ‘Understanding AIDT,’ providing insights into the direction and vision of Busan education. Additionally, courses like ‘School Supervision’ and ‘Handling Complaints’ are case-based, helping prospective appointees develop the ability to actively support school environments.


Kim Miran, Director of the Training Institute, stated, “I hope that through this training, the trainees will gain insight and vision as educational professionals and play a significant role in ensuring that Busan education policies are firmly established in school settings.”
