A Better Selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' 'Scale-up TIPS' Program

Secured 1.2 Billion KRW for AI E-commerce Solution Development

Data-driven e-commerce solution company A-Better announced on the 3rd that it has been finally selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' 'Scale-up TIPS' program. Scale-up TIPS is a program that selects promising technology-based small and medium-sized ventures and supports innovative research and development. With this selection, A-Better will receive a total of 1.2 billion KRW in research and development (R&D) and commercialization funds over the next three years.

Founded in 2022, A-Better has expanded its e-commerce sales business centered on Coupang and Amazon, offering various marketing solutions. It operates the AI-based data analysis platform 'Dister', the cashback shopping platform 'Chamsae Mart' that provides shopping rewards and information to consumers, and the purchase experience review platform 'Soli Shop'.

A-Better received high evaluations in technology, business feasibility, and overall business execution capabilities in this TIPS selection. In particular, its main service 'Dister' has already proven its technological prowess by achieving significant results on Coupang and Amazon. Dister provides seller support functions such as keyword analysis, product optimization, and advertising optimization by collecting and analyzing data and comparing and verifying the effectiveness of sales strategies in real time.

A-Better plans to expand to global e-commerce platforms such as AliExpress and Temu, starting with Amazon. To this end, it is accelerating its entry into the global market by establishing overseas offices and recruiting global e-commerce platform experts.

With the funds secured this time, A-Better will promote the advancement of AI-based e-commerce solutions and strengthen market competitiveness. In particular, it plans to integrate hyper-automation, a fully automated AI-based technology, into the Dister platform to solve difficulties sellers face in product exposure and advertising management.
