Since becoming independent in May last year, it has been conducting business mainly in West Virginia, USA, in collaboration with healthcare startups selected and nurtured by LG NOVA. At this CES, it will unveil an AI-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. It plans to showcase remote medical care innovation by utilizing tablet PCs as a link between medical staff and patients.

Since the following year, it has been conducting the "Challenges for the Future" program annually targeting global startups to discover and nurture innovative startups and explore new business opportunities.
Recently, LG NOVA strengthened its competitiveness by inviting Mitch Carmichael, former Secretary of the West Virginia Department of Economic Development, as a senior advisor. Based on the 3B (Build, Buy, Borrow) strategy, it aims to engage with innovative companies in global big tech battlegrounds to attract talent and technology and lay the foundation for future growth engines.
