At the foundation's opening ceremony, they held a joint proclamation ceremony for detailed implementation plans of a gender-equal organizational culture, including ▲ spreading gender equality culture internally and externally using video materials, ▲ creating a gender-equal working environment by improving gender-balanced task assignments, and ▲ forming an organizational atmosphere through the establishment of gender equality practice rules.

Following the proclamation ceremony, various campaigns and educational programs will be continuously operated to raise awareness of gender equality and spread the organizational culture. Through this, they plan to create an environment where all members of the organization are respected and lead the standards of a healthy workplace.
Yoon Deok-ryong, CEO of the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, stated, "A gender-equal organizational culture is a core element where everyone can work happily and be respected," adding, "We will create a healthier organizational culture through cooperation and practice between labor and management."
Meanwhile, about 70 executives and employees, including Yoon Deok-ryong, CEO of the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, and the labor union chairman, attended the proclamation ceremony.
