At the New Year's ceremony held on the 2nd at the headquarters in Mapo-gu, Seoul, CEO An stated, "This year, the Korean economy is expected to face unprecedented challenges due to the global economic situation and various domestic and international uncertainties. Many experts at home and abroad are saying that the Korean economy has entered a low-growth phase similar to Japan's, indicating that the internal and external environment for companies is very severe."

CEO An stressed the need for relentless challenge and innovation to overcome these difficulties.
