Yeongju City, Recruitment of Complexes for 'Apartment Management Subsidy Support Project'

Support for Improving Aging Shared Facilities Until February 7...

Yeongju City in Gyeongbuk Province is accepting applications for the "Apartment Management Subsidy Support Project" to assist with the maintenance and management costs of aging communal facilities in apartment complexes until February 7.

The support targets apartment complexes approved for sale that have passed more than 10 years since the usage inspection date. The project target complexes will be finalized in February after review by the Yeongju City Apartment Support Deliberation Committee.

Selected apartment complexes will receive support covering 60-80% of the repair costs for aging communal facilities. Support items include △ repair of main roads and streetlights within the complex △ management of water supply and sewage facilities △ repair and renovation of children's playgrounds and senior citizen centers △ repair of facilities for the disabled △ exterior wall painting of apartment buildings, among others.

Applicants must submit an application form along with a resolution from the residents' representative meeting, consent from more than half of the residents, a project plan, an estimate, and a copy of a dedicated subsidy deposit account. Forms and detailed information can be found on the Yeongju City Hall website or by contacting the Architecture Department's Apartment Team.
