Yeongju City in Gyeongbuk Province will hold a large-scale discount event for the Lunar New Year from the 6th to the 24th at the city’s official agricultural specialty products shopping mall, ‘Yeongju Jangnal,’ to celebrate the Year of the Blue Snake.

This Yeongju Jangnal Lunar New Year discount event offers at least 30% off on agricultural and specialty products such as apples, ginseng, Korean beef, grains, and processed foods, and at least 20% off on livestock products. However, discounts on each item will end early if the budget is exhausted.

The Yeongju Jangnal online shopping mall sells agricultural specialty products from the Yeongju area, including apples, ginseng, and Korean beef produced in the clean region of Sobaeksan, offering over 3,000 items from about 130 trusted farms and companies producing high-quality products.

The city has strengthened the competitiveness and recognition of excellent local agricultural specialty products through expanding affiliated shopping malls, planning seasonal promotions on its own mall, diversifying products, and customer appreciation events.
