Three Donations for Vulnerable Groups in Geumcheon-gu Since July This Year
Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) announced that on December 27 last year, The Skin Factory donated daily necessities worth 160 million KRW, including shampoo.
The Skin Factory is a company operating brands such as KUMDAL and NACIFIC, specializing in cosmetics and bath products, and is committed to social contribution and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management.
The donated items, including shampoo, body wash, hand cream, and fabric softener, will be delivered to welfare facilities within Geumcheon-gu through the Geumcheon-gu Food Bank Market Center.
At the donation ceremony, Kim Nam-yong, director of The Skin Factory, said, “We hope KUMDAL products will help vulnerable groups in Geumcheon-gu,” and added, “We will continue various support projects for neighbors in need, such as perfumers' talent donation activities and support for self-reliant youth.”
Yu Seong-hoon, mayor of Geumcheon-gu, said, “The Skin Factory’s sponsorship will be a great support to vulnerable residents in Geumcheon-gu,” and expressed deep gratitude for practicing the values of sharing and consideration, promising that the district will do its best to provide welfare services that residents can feel.
