Gwanak-gu (District Mayor Park Jun-hee) will sell Gwanak Ttaenggyeoyo Gift Certificates at a 15% discount within a limit of 500 million KRW starting from 10 a.m. on the 2nd to help recover the struggling local economy due to the current national situation and domestic economic downturn.


The good delivery app ‘Gwanak Ttaenggyeoyo’ is a mobile-only app created through collaboration between the district office and Shinhan Bank to reduce the burden on small business owners caused by high commission fees of private delivery apps.


Franchise stores located in Gwanak-gu have a very low commission fee of 2%, and they can receive various benefits free of charge, such as advertising fees and store registration fees.


After operating the Ttaenggyeoyo app, which was first launched in December last year, for one month, the number of subscribers reached about 77,000, and the number of franchise stores was 3,030, gaining great response from residents and small business owners.

The Gwanak Ttaenggyeoyo Gift Certificates, which can be used on the public delivery app ‘Ttaenggyeoyo,’ can be purchased at a 15% discounted price through the ‘SeoulPay+’ app starting today.


The purchase limit per person is 200,000 KRW per month, with a holding limit of 1,000,000 KRW, and the gift certificates can be used for 12 months from the date of purchase.


Park Jun-hee, Mayor of Gwanak-gu, said, “With the discounted issuance of Gwanak Ttaenggyeoyo Gift Certificates, we hope that residents will feel less burdened and small business owners will have a small opportunity for hope, leading to the revitalization of the local commercial district. We will continue to implement customized policies that help both small business owners and residents.”
