Gwangju Community Chest of Korea (Chairman Park Cheolhong, hereinafter referred to as Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae) announced on the 31st that Gwangju Lifelong Fitness Center (CEO Jin Hyungseok) has donated 10 million KRW to support children from vulnerable groups.
The donation ceremony, held at the Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae office, was attended by Park Heungcheol, Secretary General of Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae, Jin Hyungseok, CEO of Lifelong Fitness, and Ha Sangdo, Director of Lifelong Fitness.
The donated funds will be used to support projects for vulnerable groups in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju.
Jin Hyungseok, CEO of Lifelong Fitness, stated, "I am happy to extend warmth to neighbors in need within the local community," and added, "We will continue to engage in various social contribution activities to promote a culture of sharing."
Park Heungcheol, Secretary General of Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae, said, "I sincerely thank the CEO for not only taking responsibility for the health of our neighbors but also contributing to the culture of sharing," and added, "We will ensure that the donated funds are delivered well to the vulnerable groups in Gwangsan-gu."
