Recruitment of New Tenant Companies at Gwangjin Economic Hub Center

Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) is recruiting new companies to move into the Gwangjin Economic Hub Center until the 24th.

The Gwangjin Economic Hub Center is a startup support space that discovers and nurtures excellent venture companies early. It is equipped with advanced equipment, information technology (IT), and various convenience facilities to support smooth business activities. Currently, 54 companies are residing, and the investment specialist company NSL Partners is entrusted with its operation.

The office rent is affordable compared to the surrounding market price, ranging from 1.7 million to 2.4 million KRW per year for 23㎡ (7 pyeong).

In addition, various benefits are provided to resident companies. They have free access to the latest facilities such as a mobile testbed, live commerce studio, and video interview room. Meeting rooms, pantries, and lounges are also available. Startup education, consulting, and investment linkage are supported to help strengthen capabilities.

The target applicants are companies within three years of establishment, prospective startups, and venture-certified companies. However, companies that cannot relocate their headquarters according to the corporate registration certificate or are temporarily closed or out of business are restricted.

About 25 companies will be selected through document and presentation evaluations. The results will be announced in February 2025, and move-in will begin in March. Contracts are made on an annual basis, with a maximum residency of up to five years.

Applications can be submitted by filling out the required documents and sending them via email. Detailed information can be found on the Gwangjin-gu Office or NSL Partners websites, or through the Gwangjin Economic Hub Center.

Kim Kyung-ho, Mayor of Gwangjin-gu, said, “We are looking for promising companies to join the Gwangjin Economic Hub Center, a representative startup base in Gwangjin-gu,” and added, “We will provide wholehearted support to create a stepping stone for startup companies, the future growth engine, to succeed.”
