Marriott Executive Apartments (Yeouido Marriott Hotel) announced on the 30th that it will introduce a new type of residence 'Gold Yold' package targeting active senior customers aged 55 and over.
Yold (Young Old) refers to people who maintain a youthful sensibility and enjoy a vibrant old age. The Gold Yold package includes all services of a 5-star hotel, including a breakfast buffet, shopping assistant service, and discounts at hotel outlets. Guests can choose room types ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, and all rooms are equipped with kitchens and laundry facilities.
The package is available for guests staying a minimum of 30 nights and includes access to facilities. Various exercise facilities such as fitness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, golf practice range, and Pilates can be used without any limit on the number of visits. Additionally, monthly free vouchers provide services such as spa massages, valet parking, and laundry service.
A representative of Yeouido Marriott Hotel stated, "This package proposes a new level of luxury senior lifestyle that goes beyond existing elderly-only residential facilities," adding, "We will continue to develop various products that meet diverse customer needs and encompass all generations."
