According to the legal community on the 26th, the PCC is investigating Colonel Kim in the morning as a suspect on charges including abuse of authority and obstruction of the exercise of rights.

Colonel Kim is suspected of having conspired in advance for martial law at a fast-food restaurant in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, two days before the declaration of emergency martial law, along with former Commander Noh, Intelligence Commander Moon Sang-ho, Colonel Jeong Seong-wook, and others.

The PCC is reportedly confirming with Colonel Kim about the process of premeditation of martial law by the Intelligence Command centered on former Intelligence Commander Noh Sang-won, and what was discussed during the meeting.
