On Thursday the 26th, rain or snow is expected across various parts of the country from early morning.
In eastern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, and northern Chungbuk, precipitation will occur until early dawn, while Jeju Island may see rain or snow until morning. In the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong region, Jeolla region, and western inland Gyeongbuk, light raindrops below 0.1mm or snowfall less than 0.1cm may occur until dawn.

The country will be mostly cloudy but will clear up from the morning. The Chungcheong region, Jeolla region, and Jeju Island will remain mostly cloudy. Morning low temperatures are forecast to range from -7 to 6 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from -1 to 10 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, Sejong, and Chungbuk, while other regions will have 'moderate' levels. In the morning, Daejeon, Chungnam, and Honam areas, and in the afternoon, Yeongnam and Jeju areas are expected to have 'bad' levels.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters. Wave heights in the outer seas are expected to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East and West Seas, and 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea.
