What Are This Year's Best Policies in Gyeonggi-do?…Three Top Policies Selected Including Gyeonggi Job Foundation

The Gyeonggi Welfare Foundation's illegal private loan victim support project, Gyeonggi Tourism Organization's barrier-free tourism course development project, and Gyeonggi Job Foundation's work-family balance support system were selected as the best policies among Gyeonggi Province public institutions this year.


On the 23rd, Gyeonggi Province selected nine excellent cases (each best, excellent, and encouragement) from 78 outstanding policies and cases submitted by 25 public institutions for the first time this year through first-round document screening and on-site evaluation, divided into three categories: ▲ Citizen Service Innovation ▲ Social Value Creation ▲ Responsible Management Practice.

In the Citizen Service Innovation category, the Gyeonggi Welfare Foundation's illegal private loan victim support project was selected as the best case. The foundation was recognized for operating the nation's first illegal private loan victim support services such as illegal loan debt collection monitoring and safe shelters (illegal private loan victim support project), despite limited budget and personnel.


In the Social Value Creation category, the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization's "Barrier-Free Tourism Course Development Project with Direct Participation of Tourism-Considerate Groups" received the best award, and in the Responsible Management Practice category, the Gyeonggi Job Foundation's "0.5 & 0.75 Job" introduction and "Autonomous Attendance and Work-Family Balance Support System" each received the best award.


Choi Hyemin, Gyeonggi Province Policy Planning Officer, stated, "This evaluation was prepared to share excellent policies and innovative achievements of affiliated public institutions to improve the quality of life for citizens," adding, "We plan to continue spreading excellent policies and cases of each institution throughout Gyeonggi Province and strengthen cooperation systems for sustainable development."
