Geomdan New Town Familier Elif is being developed in AA32BL, Geomdan New Town, Seo-gu, Incheon (around 398-2, Majon-dong) with 11 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, totaling 669 households with exclusive areas of 64 to 110㎡.


The number of households by housing type is △64㎡ exclusive 213 households △84㎡ 255 households △98㎡ 193 households △110㎡ (duplex, penthouse) 8 households. About 30% (201 households) of the total households are medium-to-large units exceeding 85㎡ exclusive area, which are rare in Geomdan New Town. The 110㎡ units are designed as duplexes and penthouses.


As an apartment subject to the pre-sale price ceiling system, the sale price is set at an average of 16.5 million KRW per 3.3㎡. This is a more affordable price range compared to recently sold apartments in Geomdan New Town. In fact, the average sale price per 3.3㎡ of apartments sold in Geomdan New Town last November was 17.36 million KRW.


The subscription schedule for Geomdan New Town Familier Elif starts with special supply on the 30th, followed by first priority on the 31st, and second priority on January 2nd next year. The announcement of winners will be on January 8th next year, and the official contract period is from January 19th to 21st. Move-in is scheduled for July 2027.

Geomdan New Town Familier Elif is an apartment embracing a park, with a planned waterfront park right in front of the complex and surrounded by multiple planned neighborhood parks. An elementary school and kindergarten are planned to be built right in front of the complex. A safe school commute environment is established, and an academy district is planned to be developed around the nearby commercial area.


It also has transportation benefits. Around the complex, the extension of Incheon Subway Line 1 within Geomdan New Town is under development, aiming to open in May next year. The GTX-D line is also planned, and once opened, it will take about 30 minutes to reach Gangnam. It is also conveniently close to Majon Station on Incheon Subway Line 2. Currently, the extension project of Incheon Subway Line 2 connecting Geomdan New Town to Goyang City is also underway.


Geomdan New Town Familier Elif is adjacent to a special planning zone. A special planning zone refers to an area separately designated and managed within a district unit plan where creative development plans are required. Geomdan New Town has five special planning zones, including Canal Complex, Human Energy Town, and Work-Life Balance Village. Among these, this complex is close to 'Human Energy Town,' which is being developed as an energy self-sufficient pilot complex, and 'Canal Complex,' which is being developed as a waterfront commercial specialized street.
