SKT to Debut at CES 2025... Showcasing AIDC Solutions and Global AI 'Ester'

SK Telecom announced on the 23rd that it will operate a joint exhibition hall with SK Hynix, SKC, SK Enmove, and others at 'CES 2025,' the world's largest IT and electronics exhibition held in Las Vegas, USA, from January 7 to 10 next year (local time). The exhibition hall will be set up under the theme of 'Creating a Sustainable Future with Innovative AI Technology.'

The approximately 1,950㎡ (590 pyeong) exhibition space located in the Central Hall of the CES 2025 venue will showcase SK's AI Data Center (DC) technology, AI services, and collaborations with partner companies.

Previously, the SK Group exhibition hall was selected as the 'Most Noteworthy Exhibition of 2024' by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), the organizer of CES, and ranked first in the 'Best of CES 2024' by the global exhibition magazine Exhibitor.

The core theme of this exhibition hall is the AI Data Center. Last month, SKT announced its nationwide 'AI Infrastructure Super Highway' strategy based on AIDC, GPU cloud service (GPUaaS), and edge AI technology at the 'SK AI Summit.'

At the AIDC booth in the exhibition hall, a 6-meter-high large LED pillar representing the data flow of SK AIDC will be installed at the center, around which a total of 21 items, including four AIDC solutions owned by SK Group (Energy, AI, Operations, Security), will be introduced.

Visitors can also see SK's energy solutions such as stable and efficient power supply technology through distributed power generation installation within AIDC, liquid cooling, AIDC infrastructure manager, AIDC SecureAge, and AI accelerators based on neural processing units (NPU) from Rebellion.

AI semiconductors such as the 'HBM3E 16-layer,' the highest existing D-RAM solution developed by SK Hynix, and glass substrate technology by SKC (Absolics), known as a 'game changer' in semiconductor processes, will also be exhibited.

SKT plans to demonstrate its global AI agent 'Ester,' scheduled for release next year, at the SK exhibition hall and reveal detailed service plans. AI-based security technologies will also be showcased. SKT's 'ScamVanguard,' a mobile financial fraud detection and prevention technology, has blocked over 1.3 million suspicious financial fraud messages and calls monthly since its launch this year. It also won the 'Best Innovation Award' at last month's CES Innovation Awards.

Additionally, SKT's AI technologies and SK Hynix's on-device AI memory will be exhibited, including ▲ AI-based indoor and outdoor population and network data analysis system 'Litmus Plus,' ▲ pet AI diagnostic assistance service 'Excalibur,' ▲ 'AI Quantum Camera' applied in various fields such as robotics, security, media, and healthcare, ▲ AI-based advertising production solution 'Ge-nAd,' and ▲ media processing and content quality enhancement platform 'AI Media Studio.'

Furthermore, five of SK's global AI partner companies (Gauss Labs, Lambda, Anthropic, Perplexity, Penguin Solutions) will also participate in the exhibition.

Meanwhile, the beginning and end of this exhibition hall will be decorated with large LED sculptures called the 'Gate of Innovation' and the 'Sustainable Tree.'
