On the 20th, citizens and foreign tourists visiting the outdoor skating rink set up at Seoul Plaza in Jung-gu, Seoul, are enjoying their time skating. The Seoul Plaza skating rink will operate for 52 days from today until February 9 next year, and the usage fee remains unchanged at 1,000 won this year as well.
