Paju-si, Recruiting Participants for 2025 Youth Administrative Experience Program in the First Half of the Year

Paju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Kyung-il) announced on the 20th that it is recruiting participants for the "2025 First Half Youth Administrative Experience" until January 3, 2025.

The Paju Youth Administrative Experience program was established to incorporate fresh proposals from young people into city administration and to provide unemployed youth with practical field experience in public institutions.


A total of 20 participants will be recruited, of which 4 (20%) will be given priority selection from vulnerable employment groups such as basic livelihood security recipients, persons with disabilities, single-parent families, multicultural families, and North Korean defectors.


Applicants must be unemployed youth aged 19 to 39 residing in Paju City as of the announcement date. Successful candidates will be selected through a random computerized draw conducted in the presence of observers, with the final results announced on January 27.


Selected participants will be assigned to Paju City Hall, affiliated organizations, and eup/myeon/dong administrative welfare centers, where they will assist with administrative tasks and support field operations.


Working conditions are 5 hours per day, 5 days a week, with wages based on the 2025 Paju City living wage, amounting to 58,650 KRW per day (11,730 KRW per hour). The work period for the first half is from February 3 to February 28, 2025, totaling 20 working days.


Applications can be submitted through the Gyeonggi-do Job Support Project integrated application system "Jobaba Apply" or by visiting the Paju Youth and Adolescents Division in person.
