Han Deok-su Acting Prime Minister Private Investigation
The police announced that they have investigated 9 out of 12 attendees at the State Council meeting, including Acting President Han Duck-soo, in connection with the 'December 3 Emergency Martial Law Incident.'
On the 20th, the Special Investigation Unit of the National Police Agency's Criminal Investigation Headquarters stated, "So far, out of the 12 attendees and participants at the State Council meeting during the declaration of martial law, we have investigated 9 individuals, excluding President Yoon Suk-yeol, former Minister of National Defense Kim Yong-hyun, and Minister of Unification Kim Young-ho."
The Special Investigation Unit explained, "Minister Kim appeared for investigation at the prosecution despite the police's repeated summons requests," and added, "We are considering a second summons investigation for the accused among them."
