According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 18th, the nationwide weather on the 19th will be mostly clear, with clouds increasing from night, but Gangwon Yeongdong and the eastern coast of Gyeongsang will be cloudy and then clear from morning. Jeju Island will have occasional cloudiness.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -11 and 0 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 3 and 10 degrees Celsius.

In particular, strong and wet heavy snow falling at about 3 cm per hour is expected in central and southern Gangwon East Coast and mountains, Gyeongbuk East Coast and northeastern mountains, and Ulleungdo and Dokdo, while Jeju Island mountains will see heavy snowfall of 1 to 2 cm per hour. Caution is advised to prevent damage caused by the snow.
Fine dust levels nationwide will range from 'Good' to 'Moderate'. However, Seoul and Sejong are expected to experience temporarily 'Unhealthy' levels at night.
