This sharing meeting proceeded in the order of ▲Awarding outstanding resident companies ▲Presentation of the 2024 center operation achievements ▲Resident companies’ performance presentations and general remarks ▲One-minute self-introduction speeches by attending youth and networking through field-specific matching, and the entire process was broadcast live on YouTube.
In particular, the resident companies participating in the performance presentations were evaluated to have greatly contributed to revitalizing the local economy by actively utilizing local infrastructure and providing quality jobs to local youth.
Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun of Guri City said, “I thank everyone who attended today’s performance sharing meeting, and we will spare no support and encouragement so that the Youth Tomorrow Center can nurture and produce more young entrepreneurs as a hub space for various youth activities.”
The Youth Tomorrow Center changed its name from the Youth Startup Support Center last September and has been expanding its role and functions as a comprehensive youth activity center. Along with supporting programs for employment and startups, it has drawn high praise by providing various welfare and cultural programs to local youth through collaboration with resident young entrepreneurs.
