HancomWITH Decides to Dispose of 6,211 Treasury Shares

HancomWITH announced on the 18th that it has decided to dispose of 6,211 treasury shares worth 19.29 million KRW.

The disposal price is 3,105 KRW per share, and the scheduled disposal period is from January 6 to 13 of next year.

The purpose of the disposal is to dispose of treasury shares acquired through the exercise of the stock purchase request right within the deadline.
