Fortune teller Cheon Gong (real name Lee Cheon Gong) claimed that President Yoon Seok-yeol, who is facing an impeachment crisis, can turn the situation around with help from the heavens. On the 18th, Cheon Gong shared his opinion on the National Assembly's passage of the impeachment motion in a video posted on his YouTube channel. He began by saying, "The president is chosen by heaven. You must not doubt God," adding, "If heaven does not appoint someone, even if they hold the title of president, they are fake. A president forced forward by a party or organization through power is not a president made by God."

President Yoon Seok-yeol did not come from an organization." He added, "We should be grateful that he made the decision to step forward because he could not tolerate injustice. Even when the surrounding environment is at its worst, he is sacrificing himself and working for the people," emphasizing, "Despite interference from organizations, President Yoon is the one running alone." Furthermore, he explained, "People will question whether God is behind it if President Yoon fails or does not succeed. But God never operates that way."

Cheon Gong also predicted the timing of President Yoon’s turnaround. He said, "This is not a failure now. He is going through a process. He is teaching the descendants of heaven what justice is. The next three months are incredibly important," predicting, "If people have seen President Yoon Seok-yeol correctly, heaven will gather strength to support him. It is not only the power of the people but also the power of the world that will come together." Cheon Gong is known as a figure who gave advice to President Yoon during his time as Prosecutor General regarding political participation. Because of this, his name has been repeatedly mentioned whenever shamanism controversies arose after President Yoon entered politics. Some speculated that Cheon Gong might have served as a mentor or unofficial power behind the scenes in the current administration, but both the presidential office and Cheon Gong denied these allegations.
