It was announced that the ultra-high-rise residential-commercial complex "Icheon Seohee Starhills Sky," with a maximum height of 49 floors, is currently being sold in the Anheung-dong area of Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do.
Constructed by Seohee Construction, "Icheon Seohee Starhills Sky" is planned to be built with 6 buildings, ranging from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground, comprising 936 households. The exclusive 84㎡ Type A units will feature a 4-bay layout. Various floor plans will be designed, including three-sided openings and two-sided openings in the living room, with ample storage spaces such as pantries, dressing rooms, and entrance storage areas.
The complex offers various financial benefits such as a 5% down payment and interest-free intermediate payments, significantly reducing the financial burden for homebuyers. The initial down payment ratio, previously 10%, has been lowered by half to 5%, with the remaining 5% payable in four installments. Additionally, all intermediate payments are interest-free, minimizing additional financial burdens from the down payment to move-in. These benefits have elicited positive responses by substantially reducing the actual monetary burden for prospective buyers.
"Icheon Seohee Starhills Sky" will be the first in Icheon to offer hotel-style meal services (three meals a day), previously only available in Seoul's luxury apartments, to its residents. Furthermore, through high-end concierge services, residents' satisfaction will be enhanced by providing premium services such as laundry, cleaning, sterilization, and childcare.
Within a 2km radius of the complex is Icheon Station on the Gyeonggang Line, allowing travel to Gangnam in about 40 minutes. When the GTX-D line opens in the future, commuting time to Gangnam is expected to be further reduced. Nearby highways such as the Jungbu Expressway, Yeongdong Expressway, Jungbu-daero (National Road No. 42), and National Road No. 3 make access to the city center convenient.
