Vacant Home Utilization and Housing Stability Projects for Youth and Newlyweds
Muan County, Jeonnam (Governor Kim San) will be recruiting 'Rental GOOD Tenants' from the 23rd to the 27th.
According to the county on the 18th, this project is a win-win initiative that improves the landscape by utilizing abandoned vacant houses and supplies housing to young people and newlyweds. Those selected as tenants can reside with a deposit of 1 million won and a monthly rent of 10,000 won.

The county previously completed renovation work on two vacant houses selected based on accessibility and age through the deliberation of the Architectural Committee. Homeless household heads wishing to move in can refer to the announcement on the county office website and submit the application form along with documents proving their qualifications.
Governor Kim San said, "Through this pilot project, we will improve the landscape affected by vacant houses and help stabilize housing for young people and newlyweds," adding, "We will review the progress, supplement any shortcomings, and consider expanding the project based on its success."
