Coloray Korea announced on the 18th that it explained pigment industry trends applicable to Chinese automobiles and home appliances and provided an opportunity to experience new products at the 'Automobile X-CMF Design Crossover' forum.
Hosted by Imao Automobile, the forum was held over two days from the 5th to the 6th in Shanghai, China. The forum gathered design experts from various fields including major automobile manufacturers, parts, home appliances, 3C, academia, and materials, including Coloray Korea, to discuss crossover references, fusion possibilities, and future development trends.
Coloray Korea introduced 'Color Application and Prospects of Industrial Structural Color Change Pigments' and showcased various industrial pearl products released by Coloray over the past two years, including the Optical Color Change series, Deposition series, Automotive Weather Resistance series, and Stark series.
Structural color is a comprehensive concept that includes optical color change and pearlescent pigments, creating different reflection peaks at visible light wavelengths by combining various refractive indices and thin film materials to display colors. The color changes depending on the angle, has high saturation and brightness, exhibits excellent weather resistance, superior surface treatment, and unique color change effects, attracting attention in the industrial pearl industry.
Coloray Korea expressed strong confidence particularly in its capability for technologically advanced 'customizing.'
